Horrible service from a male salesperson with a northeastern accent. I don't know the seller's name. Super debauched and uneducated. He wanted to give me a postpaid plan anyway, and I said I didn't want it. He was not satisfied and said aggressively that if I wanted the prepaid plan, I would have to top up 30 reais every week. After much insistence on the seller's part. I left the store and I don't intend to go back there ever again. TIM lost a client.
